All four lines are required, in any order; no extra prose, repeated labels, revisions, or negations. Use unknown as a value when unavailable. Dimensions support 1–120 inches; metric and unitless values are not read. Quantity requires whole boxes/month (no k shorthand). Currency is dollars per box with at most two decimals and no commas. Grades: 32 ECT single-wall, 44 ECT single-wall, 48 ECT double-wall, or 275# double-wall. Anything outside this grammar leaves all quote fields blank; manual entry always remains available.

Corrugated estimate

Approximate RSC blank: (2L + 2W + joint) × (W + H + allowance). Confirm dimensions, board specification, waste, tooling, tax, and freight with your converter. Planning estimate; not a binding quote.

Territory packs

Import JSON with a prospects array and optional corridors array. Each prospect needs a unique id, name, and valid lat/lng. Imported data is unverified; preserve your source links and dates.

Imported packs persist after a successful local save. Exports preserve source evidence and sample/observation status. CSV includes all current records, with a data status column.

Using RoadProspector

  1. Explore a starter pack or scan a city for public OSM buildings.
  2. Inspect sources and estimates. Verify occupant, address, and receiving policy before visiting.
  3. Open Google Maps directions while parked; that service handles navigation.
  4. Capture notes, review contact aids and manual or worksheet specifications, enter real supplier costs, and save locally.
  5. Export notes and territory packs as backups.

Limits

Sample records are fictional. Public-source records may be incomplete or outdated. Inferred category, area, docks, and demand are estimates. No FDA/state registry checks, buyer intent checks, exact exit routing, background monitoring, or native CarPlay support are provided.

After a successful first load and service-worker installation, the workspace and saved pack can reopen offline. Map tiles, city search, and new scans need connectivity. Storage can be cleared or evicted; exports are your backup.

Data and permissions

Notes, contacts, draft estimates, and imported packs are stored in localStorage in this browser. There is no account or server-side CRM storage. Anyone with access to this browser profile can read them. Delete controls remove saved notes; browser settings can clear all site data.

City / ZIP search uses a bundled postal-area dataset from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). These are approximate postal centers, not facility entrances. City queries reach this site's API; scan coordinates are forwarded to OpenStreetMap Overpass. Current location uses one fix for a scan. Start foreground GPS separately watches movement while this page is visible; it updates the geometric cone using the existing pack and does not automatically query new buildings. Stop ends monitoring; hiding the page pauses it. Audio is opt-in and can be interrupted by the browser or operating system.

Maps load from Esri and its imagery providers, which receive ordinary request information including IP and viewed area. Directions open Google Maps. Optional dictation may use your browser vendor's remote speech service; availability and handling depend on your browser. Browser speech synthesis provides optional readout.

No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Export files contain your notes; share them deliberately.

Keyboard and recovery

Tab moves between controls; Enter or Space activates buttons. Permission denial keeps typed notes and manual planning available. Failed saves and unavailable services are reported. Clear local drafts with New blank note and use Delete all saved notes to remove log entries.
